Systema - Russian Martial Arts (Specnaz)

I’ve seen alot of different martial arts in my life, but this one looks like the most effective. One of the coolest facts I got back from watching this is too relax your arm when you punch. Huh? That goes against the training of every martial arts I’ve heard of.
