Systema (The System) Russian Specnaz Martial Arts System

This martial arts system is called “The System” (aka “Systema”). It is a fairly modern martial arts system and it was developed by the Russian Special Forces (Specnaz). This is an amazingly effective martial arts system, from what I’ve read and seen about it.
